Our Midweek Mindfulness group is an interfaith, inter-practice community that emphasizes growth in the meditative discipline. Techniques come from both the East and the West, including taizé singing/chanting, sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful breathing, etc. We borrow much, with great gratitude, from Thich Nhat Hanh, among other spiritual leaders.
